Male and Female sexual health and well-being.

When your sexual health has changed, many keep it to themselves. There is professional help available.

Who am I and how can I help YOU?

I am a Nurse Practitioner with a Post Graduate Diploma in Sexology. I have a special interest in sexual function and relationships. My experience includes:

  • Male sexual dysfunction/ health; erectile dysfunction, penile rehabilitation after prostate cancer treatment, penile self injection, premature ejaculation, STI screening/treatments, hypoactive sexual desire and hyperactive sexual desire.
  • Female sexual dysfunction/ health; cervical screening and hypoactive sexual desire and hyperactive sexual desire, peri-menopause/menopause, dyspareunia (painful sex).

Sexual health is important .....

30% to 50% of the population experience sexual dysfunction at some stage in their life.  Sex is important for men and women’s quality of life, for intimacy in relationships, for our mental, physical and spiritual health.

Restorative sexual health is aimed at restoring you to the natural process of intimacy and powerful sexual connection with your partner. Throughout our lives we can take on board unrealistic ideals of intimacy. The media,  the internet and our negative experiences leave us short of the natural beauty of sharing yourself totally and being fully accepted in your most vulnerable state. Here at the Restorative Sexual Health Clinic I want to give you knowledge  and enable you to have the best experience with yourself and your partner.
